Question:183 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Health if he will arrange for an ex-gratia payment to be made to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Ex-Gratia Payments.
I have had inquiries made of the Western Health Board in relation to this case. The health board have again approached their insurance company requesting that they reconsider their original decision to refuse compensation.
I will write to the Deputy as soon as I have any further information in the matter.
