200 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Education, arising from her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 157 of 12 June 1990, when her consideration of the matter will be completed; if the grants referred to will be paid to those entitled to them in 1989-90; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
As indicated to the Deputy in my reply to Question No. 157, the matter is currently under consideration in my Department. As soon as this has been done my officials will be in contact with the board of management of the school.
The Deputy will appreciate that due to the sensitive nature of the case con fidentiality must be maintained. I cannot, therefore, disclose any further information on this matter at this time.
