310 Mr. Enright asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the fact that planning permission has now issued from Offaly County Council in connection with the provision of an extension to Crinkle national school, Birr, County Offaly; if she will outline the stage at which planning of this extension is currently; when it is anticipated that the necessary works will commence; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Planning permission for the proposed extension to Crinkle national school, Birr, County Offaly was received in my Department late last month. The preparation of tender documents for the project is in hands and these will be completed at the earliest possible date.
