Order of Business.

It is proposed to take No. 4. It is also proposed notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders that the following arrangements shall apply: (1) the speech of the Taoiseach shall not exceed 40 minutes; (2) the speech of the main spokesperson for each of the groups, as defined in Standing Order 89, shall not exceed 30 minutes; (3) the speech of each other Member called on shall not exceed 15 minutes; (4) Members shall not exceed time; (5) the sitting shall be suspended today from 2 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.; (6) the final speaker who shall be a member of the Government shall be called on at 6.45 p.m. and the proceedings shall be brought to a conclusion at 7 p.m.; and (7) Private Members' Business, which shall be No. 28, shall be brought to a conclusion at 8.30 p.m. tonight.

Are the proposals for dealing with Item No. 4 agreed? Agreed. Is the proposal that the sitting be suspended from 2 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. agreed? Agreed. Is the proposal that Private Members' Business, which shall be No. 28, be brought to a conclusion at 8.30 p.m. agreed? Agreed.
