Question:

21 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason an installation aid grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; the stage of processing at which the file is at present; and when it is intended to pay the grant.

As the farm on which this applicant was installed did not have the minimum labour requirement of one man work unit prescribed by the relevant EC regulation, the applicant is ineligible for an installation premium.
