Question:

29 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Defence (a) the funds (b) the resources and (c) the ideas or other supports he plans to contribute towards the efforts of Dublin as the European Community cultural capital for 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

My Department have no specific plans in relation to this matter but will be prepared to co-operate as far as possible with the efforts of the civic authorities.
