Question:129 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Education when it is anticipated that the contract will be given for the building of the new primary school at Killasser, Swinford, County Mayo.

My Department have invited tenders for the proposed new national school at Killasser, County Mayo which are receivable up to 14 January 1991. Because there are a number of factors outside the control of my Department in matters like this I am not in a position, at this stage, to say when building works will commence.
