85 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Justice if he will expedite an application for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who has applied to the Land Registry for transfer registration of lands from his father as he needs such information urgently to enable him to claim payment of farm installation aid from the Department of Agriculture.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for registration about which it was found necessary to raise a query with the applicant's solicitors. The application cannot be processed further until this query has been satisfactorily discharged.
