92 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for the Environment if he expects to receive surplus funds from the national lottery for distribution through local authorities for amenity projects in 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

An additional £5 million will be made available in 1991 from the national lottery surplus for the amenities/recreational facilities grant scheme.
