95 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment the reason his Department only paid a portion of the allocated home improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if his decision can be reviewed in the light of the hardship it has caused to him and to others.

A grant cannot be paid as notification of completion of the works was not received by 31 May, 1990, the final date for its receipt.
