Vol. 404 No. 2

Written Answers. - Shankill/Bray By-Pass.

Eamon Gilmore

Question:

106 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve the construction of a boundary wall between the Shankill/Bray by-pass and numbers 32 to 45 New Vale, Shankill, County Dublin, in view of the fact that a boundary wall has already been built as far as No. 45 and the additional cost would not be great.

In October 1990 proposals for additional boundary treatment on the lines referred to were received from the local authority which has since been informed that the extra cost would not be accepted as a charge against road grants.
