99 Mr. McCartan asked the Minister for the Marine the reason no Irish representative attended on the recent EC Inspectorate visit to inspect fish landings at Howth, County Dublin on the 23 and 24 January 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have no information to suggest that this inspection visit was carried out other than in accordance with the established procedures.
