Question:107 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for the Environment whether he has given the necessary sanction for a loan of £400,000 to be made to the National Association of Building Co-operatives Society Limited, which is an approved voluntary body under section 5 of the Housing Act, 1988 in respect of the provision of 20 units of accommodation at Avonbeg, Tallaght, Dublin 24; if not, when he proposes to issue the sanction; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
