Question:

325 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Education when an application was received to sanction on a permanent basis, a number of temporary teachers in St. Columba's comprehensive school, Glenties, County Donegal; the number of teachers involved; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The board of management of Glenties comprehensive school sought approval for the appointment of two teachers in a permanent wholetime capacity on 31 July 1990.
