138 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline in respect of each local authority the number of houses, formerly owned by a local authority, which were purchased back by that authority in 1990; and the number of private houses which were purchased by each local authority in 1990.

Information received from the housing authorities in relation to the number of houses acquired/purchased by them and funded under the 1990 local authority housing construction programme is listed in the following table:
