Question:194 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Education when it is proposed to proceed with the erection of the promised new community school at Gort, County Galway; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am not in a position at present to indicate when construction will commence as the rate at which this and other such projects may proceed is dependent on the availability of capital resources and on my Department's other commitments and priorities.
