145 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if he will make a statement on the detention of a person (details supplied) a native of Canton, in Mountjoy Prison; and if he will consider his release pending a court decision on his position.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Burke):

I am informed by the prison governor that no person of the name supplied by the Deputy is imprisoned in Mountjoy Prison.
