Question:211 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Health the accumulated losses by the North Eastern-Health Board for each of the last ten years.

Health boards do not operate on a profit and loss basis as their services are funded by a combination of Exchequer grant and minor income.
I assume the Deputy may be referring to expenditure overruns in the last ten years. Details are as follows:
