The following outside agencies were engaged by my Department in 1990: Advertising, Brindley Advertising Ltd.; Design, David Hayes & Associates Ltd., Atlantic Print Ltd. and Aston & Hayes Ltd.; Public Relations, Carr Communications Ltd. and Frank Dunlop & Associates Ltd.
