Question:34 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Finance if he will issue a copy of a P60 for the year ended 5 April 1990 to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes has no record of receiving a Form P60, i.e. statement of pay and tax deducted from the taxpayer for the tax year ended 5 April 1990. This form would have issued to the taxpayer by the payers of his pension, i.e. Cork County Council, to whom he should direct his request for a copy.
