180 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when arrears of a headage grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

This applicant has already been paid the balance of his 1990 cattle and equines headage scheme grant.

181 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food whether an application form for a horse grant has been sent to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and, if not, the reason for this delay.

Application forms for various horse grants are widely available at offices of the Department of Agriculture and Food throughout the country. A record is not kept of each application form issued. If the Deputy would indicate which grant the named person is interested in, the relevant application form will be issued immediately.

183 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange immediate payment of a suckler cow grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

This applicant's payment under the 1990 suckler cow premium scheme is being processed and will issue shortly.
