Vol. 407 No. 1
129 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Finance if he will consider the establishment of a regional Ordnance Survey office either at Cootehill or Cavan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
130 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Finance if he will confirm that regional Ordnance Survey offices are being considered for Mullingar, Kilkenny, Ennis, Cork, Tuam and Sligo; when he expects a decision to be announced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 29 and 30 together. As announced on 22 November 1990, following consideration of a report and recommendations submitted by the Ordnance Survey, the following locations were selected for six regional offices of the survey: Cork, Ennis, Kilkenny, Longford, Sligo, Tuam.
