Question:105 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT rebate will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the most recent claim by the trader was for the taxable period July/August 1990. This claim was offset in full against outstanding liabilities due for taxable periods November/ December 1989 and May/June 1990. There is no outstanding rebate due.
