Question:170 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for the Environment if, in relation to the letter which he issued to Members of the Oireachtas on 25 April 1991 regarding the implementation of measures contained in The Plan for Social Housing, he will issue to each Member of the Oireachtas (1) a copy of the circular sent to local authorities on 11 April 1991 in connection with voluntary housing schemes, (2) a copy of the circular giving the operational details of the scheme of rental subsidy for voluntary housing and (3) a copy of the circular on the provision of sites by local authorities to qualified individuals and co-operatives at low or normal prices; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
