178 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for the Environment if he will release the funds required to fence off and develop Collinstown Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 so that this work can commence at the earliest possible opportunity; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The use of housing construction capital, which I assume the Deputy has in mind is this instance, for the purposes specified would be inappropriate as such capital is reserved specifically for the provision and improvement of local authority housing accommodation.
