Question:

181 Mr. McCartan asked the Minister for the Environment if he has responded to the Darndale Tenants and Residents Association in relation to phase 3 of the redesign project; if so, if he will outline details of his reply and when this was forwarded to the association; and if he has not replied, when he proposes to do so, as promised in a letter from his office (details supplied).

On 25 October 1990, a letter was sent to the association notifying them that approval had issued to Dublin Corporation for the seeking of tenders for phase 3 of the Darndale refurbishment project.
