33 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Health if he will outline his plans to provide necessary funds to allow for the medically recommended treatment of early intervention to people affected with the AIDS virus; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I approved recently of the additional funding, equipment and personnel to allow for the provision of early-intervention to persons suffering from the AIDS virus.
