Question:127 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment if a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

The grant cannot be allowed as, contrary to a condition of the scheme, the contractor involved in the construction of the house was not the holder of a tax clearance certificate.
