Question:

104 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will outline (a) the estimate for expenditure and (b) the actual outturn for the years 1989 and 1990 under the following schemes: (1) family income supplement, (2) child benefits, (3) anti-poverty programme, (4) pilot schemes for the unemployed and (c) appropriations-in-aid.
