I am required to put the following Question in accordance with a Resolution of the Dáil of this day:
That Seanad amendments 1 to 4 are hereby agreed to in Committee; that agreement to the Seanad amendments is hereby reported to the House; and that the Dáil hereby agrees with the Committee on its report.
A Message will be sent to the Seanad acquainting it that the Dáil has agreed to the amendments made by the Seanad.
Would it be in order to put on the record of the House our congratulations to Deputy Shatter who moved this Bill initially?
I wish to second that.
Assuming the Deputy would not fear that there might be somebody who would not join with him, of course it is in order.
