96 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment if approval for the completion of the Slieverue sewerage scheme at Milepost, Slieverue, County Kilkenny, which has been promised for some time, will now be granted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Working drawings for this scheme are with my Department but, having regard to the existing level of capital commitments and the competing demands for high priority schemes, I cannot say when I will be in a position to approve this scheme.
97 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give favourable consideration to granting early approval for the provision of a sewerage scheme at Kilmacow, County Kilkenny, which is now a priority for Kilkenny County Council; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
There are no proposals before my Department for a sewerage scheme at Kilmacow.
