Question:100 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received details regarding the need for the implementation of the Ballyna group water scheme in County Kildare; if he will outline (1) the total number of proposed subscribers, (2) the total amount available in grants and (3) if extra grants will become available in the event of the area or part thereof being reclassified as disadvantaged; when the scheme can go ahead; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
