112 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment if he will have the tender accepted as a matter of urgency for a new water scheme in Thomastown, County Kilkenny, as already agreed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A tender recommendation from Kilkenny County Council is under consideration in my Department at present and I hope to issue a decision shortly.
