Vol. 411 No. 1

Written Answers. - Herd Test.

Madeleine Taylor-Quinn

Question:

234 Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange a herd test for a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

I am informed by the director of ERAD that, on application to the local district veterinary office the herd-owner in question may arrange with the veterinary practitioner of his choice to have his herd tested. The cost of the test will be recouped directly to the herd-owner in accordance with the existing fees for herd testing.
