Vol. 411 No. 1

Written Answers. - Submission of Semi-State Bodies Annual Reports.

Jim O'Keeffe

Question:

275 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will outline in respect of each semi-State or other body submitting an annual report to his Department, the date on which the 1990 annual report was (a) received by him, (b) laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas and (c) circulated to Members where applicable.

The information sought by the Deputy is set out in the tabular statement which is being circulated in the Official Report. There is no statutory requirement to circulate annual reports to Members of the Oireachtas; copies of such reports are, of course, available from the Dáil Library subsequent to their being laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas.
