404 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment the date on which he received draft by-laws from Dublin Corporation dealing with the control of dogs in the city; if he has now approved the by-laws; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A draft of by-laws under the Control of Dogs Act, 1986, which was submitted to my Department in July 1990, has been approved.
