414 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment when it is intended to introduce a new tenant purchase scheme.
437 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment when he intends to offer a new tenant purchase scheme to tenants of local authority houses; whether this is included in proposals for social housing; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 405, 414 and 437 together.
There are no proposals at this point to introduce a new scheme but the matter is being kept under review.
