Vol. 411 No. 1

Written Answers. - Robertstown (Kildare) Sewerage Scheme.

Bernard J. Durkan

Question:

410 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if further agreement has been reached with Kildare County Council in regard to the provision of a sewerage scheme for Robertstown, County Kildare; when it is likely that work on the project will get under way; if he will outline the cost of the total project; the projected completion date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Tenders for the Robertstown sewerage scheme are under consideration in my Department. It would be inappropriate to anticipate the cost and construction period of the scheme until tenders have been approved.
