Question:423 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for the Environment the current position regarding the application by a person (details supplied) in Limerick for an area certificate in respect of a development in Limerick.

The structure in question is not a completely new house and, accordingly, a floor area certificate cannot be issued.
