Question:453 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline (a) the number and (b) the areas deployed, of full-time non-clerical Civil Service positions in his Department, previously held by the categories listed following that have been replaced by private contractors in the last five years: (1) messengers and nightwatchmen, (2) messengers, (3) van drivers and (4) cleaners.
