Question:598 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education if a school bus could be rerouted to facilitate children (details supplied) attending Balla Secondary School in County Mayo.

The standard of service which is currently available to these pupils is considered adequate in the context of the general operation of the post-primary transport scheme.
In the circumstances, it is not proposed to alter the existing arrangements.
