711 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Defence if he will outline in respect of each semi-State or other body submitting an annual report to his Department, the date on which the 1990 annual report was (a) received by him, (b) laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas and (c) circulated to Members where applicable.
The Irish Red Cross Society and Coiste An Asgard are the only bodies under the aegis of my Department which submit annual reports/accounts.
The 1990 annual audited accounts of the Irish Red Cross Society are finalised and will be submitted to my Department shortly. The 1990 annual report and accounts of Coiste An Asgard are also finalised and will be submitted to me not later than 31 October 1991.
It is not required that the reports/accounts in respect of either body be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas or circulated to Members.
