Question:166 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will outline (a) the number and (b) areas deployed, of full-time non-clerical civil service positions in his Department, previously held by the categories listed following that have been replaced by private contractors in the last five years: (1) messengers and nightwatchmen (2) messengers (3) van drivers and (4) cleaners.
