Question:

170 Mr. J. The position in regard to bodies which submitted their 1990 annual reports and accounts to my Department is as follows:

GORTA

Not published yet

Refugee Resettlement Committee

15 March 1991

Policy Advisory Committee (refugees)

Scholarship Exchange Board

28 June 1991

The report of the Scholarship Exchange Board for the year ended 31 March 1991 will shortly be laid before each House of the Oireachtas in keeping with statutory requirements and I will be glad to make copies available to Members.
None of the other bodies are statutory bodies and there is no requirement on them to lay their annual reports before the Houses of the Oireachtas or to have them circulated to Members.
