Vol. 411 No. 1

Written Answers. - Tax Rebate.

John Bruton

Question:

189 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Meath.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer has two sources of income. The inspector of taxes wrote to the taxpayer's agents on 17 January 1991 requesting information necessary to carry out a full review of his liability for 1989-90. To date this has not been submitted.

When this information is received the inspector will then review his liability and any tax overdeducted will be refunded.
