Question:191 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when an income tax rebate will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a PAYE balancing statement for the year 1991-92 was issued by the inspector of taxes to the taxpayer on 8 October 1991, advising her of a repayment for £111.15. A cheque in settlement for this amount will be issued within the next seven days.
