The amount of money which accrued to the National Gallery from the royalties from the works of George Bernard Shaw from 2 November 1950, the date of his death to 30 June 1988, the latest date for which audited figures are available, is £2,269,174 sterling. I am not aware of other beneficiaries in this country.
