76 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Finance when the urgent renovations will be carried out to the Carrick-on-Suir Garda station in County Tipperary; if he will outline the extent and cost of the proposed repairs; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A contract was placed recently and work has commenced on site for the refurbishment of Carrick-on-Suir Garda station. The scheme which will cost in excess of £125,000 comprises general repairs and alterations together with internal and external redecoration.
