Vol. 412 No. 1

Written Answers. - Public Service Vehicle Licence.

Tony Gregory

Question:

99 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if, in view of the special circumstances of a case (details supplied) in Dublin 3, he will request the Carriage Office to honour the paid up and confirmed application for small public service vehicle licence dated 25th October, 1991 from the person concerned who paid out over £3,000 for insurance as instructed and fulfilled all the requirements set down by the carriage office when he first applied in August, 1991.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that a licence has been granted to the individual concerned.
