156 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a grant allocated for voluntary housing to an organisation (details supplied) in County Kilkenny cannot now be made in view of the fact that they received confirmation of this allocation from Kilkenny County Council in March, 1991.

Certain difficulties which have arisen in relation to this project are expected to be resolved shortly by Kilkenny County Council who are responsible for administering the voluntary housing scheme in County Kilkenny.
